Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you take part in a Null Noise workshop, including the short voice interview you do on your phone before the workshop and the follow-up a month after. We've kept it short and plain. If anything is unclear, just ask us.

Who we are

Null Noise is the trading name of Davison Co. s.r.o., Vlčie hrdlo 2226/6, 851 02 Bratislava, Slovakia (VAT SK2121837927). We are responsible for your data (the "controller").

Questions about your data: support@nullnoise.ai

What we collect

When you do the interview, we keep:

  • What you said, as a written transcript
  • Your first name and the language you used
  • Your device and browser type (for example "iPhone, Safari"), so we can fix problems
  • Timing (when you started and finished)

Depending on how your workshop runs, we may also keep:

  • Your email address, to send you the invite and the follow-up
  • Your answers to a short confidence questionnaire
  • A personal summary of your interview and your certificate
  • Your follow-up answers (a ~5-minute interview about a month after the workshop)
  • Your choice about quotes: named, anonymous, or not at all

We don't collect your IP address in our logs, and our logs never contain your transcript or your voice.

We don't keep recordings

The interview is a voice conversation with an AI, in your phone's browser. It is not a phone call. Your voice is streamed to Google's speech and AI services in the EU so the AI can understand and answer you, and then turned into text. We never store your audio. Only the written transcript is saved.

Why we use it

  • To run the interview and understand what your team needs
  • To prepare the workshop your organisation booked, built around those needs
  • To give you your own summary and certificate
  • To see, a month later, what has changed
  • To improve our workshops, using anonymised statistics only

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. Your answers are not used to train AI models: Google does not train its models on our customers' data.

Your interview stays private

Your employer or organisation never sees your individual answers. They get group results only, and only when at least 5 people have taken part, so no one can be singled out.

We will never quote you without asking you first, and you choose whether a quote carries your name, is anonymous, or isn't used at all.

How long we keep it

  • Transcripts: deleted within 30 days after the workshop
  • Your personal summary and results: deleted 12 months after the workshop
  • After that: only anonymised statistics that can't identify you

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will.

We keep daily backups of our database, in the same EU location, for up to 30 days. Data we delete can stay in a backup until that backup expires, and is never restored except to recover from a fault.

Where your data is

Your data stays in the EU:

  • Storage: Google Cloud Firestore, europe-west1 (Belgium)
  • Our server that connects your phone to the AI: Google Cloud Run, europe-west1 (Belgium)
  • AI and speech recognition: Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) and Speech-to-Text, EU region
  • Website: Firebase Hosting, which only serves the app's files and stores none of your answers
  • Email: Google Workspace (Gmail), for invites and follow-up reminders

Google acts as our processor under its Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Google is a US company, so this agreement includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. To keep the conversation going if the connection drops, Google may hold session data for up to 24 hours in the EU. Google may also keep limited abuse-monitoring logs for its AI services for up to 90 days.

Legal basis

We use your data because we have a legitimate interest in running the workshop your organisation booked (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Taking part is voluntary. You can stop the interview at any time, and you don't have to answer every question.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • See the data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data
  • Export your data in a common format
  • Stop using your data (object)

Email support@nullnoise.ai. We'll reply within 30 days.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, dataprotection.gov.sk) or to the data protection authority in your own country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
